How it works
You build. We handle the city.
Most clients don't know what the city needs from them. That's the whole job, and it's ours.
- 1
Call us with the project
Tell us the address, the scope and who's on your team. We tell you which permits you need and what the city will ask for.
- 2
We prepare and submit
Applications, sub-permits, NOC and every form the building department wants, filed complete so nothing bounces back.
- 3
We handle city comments
We track reviews, route technical comments to your architect or engineer, and resubmit fast.
- 4
Permit issued, inspections scheduled
We pick up the permit and book inspections, then close it out when the work is done.
Good to know
Who we work with. Homeowners, general contractors, developers, property managers and businesses. We work best with a solid team: architects and engineers who move as fast as we do.
What we don't do. We're not a private provider. Plan review and inspections are done by your city or county building department. We prepare, submit, track and push your permit through it.
Pricing. Per permit or a custom quote for the whole project. City permit fees are separate and paid directly to the municipality. How permit fees work.
Where. Broward County and Palm Beach County, with a focus on Fort Lauderdale. Projects outside the area, case by case.
