Demolition permits in Fort Lauderdale, Broward & Palm Beach

Demolition permits for full and partial, interior and exterior demolition in Fort Lauderdale, Broward and Palm Beach County.

Demolition permits cover full teardowns and partial, interior or exterior demolition. Before the city signs off, utilities usually have to be disconnected and documented, and some buildings need additional surveys first.

Our co-owner Nataliya runs Florida Demolition Experts, so we know these permits from the job-site side too. If you need the demo done as well, she can bring in the crew.

What to have ready

  • Property survey
  • Licensed demolition contractor information
  • Scope (full or partial, interior or exterior)
  • Utility disconnect letters if you already have them

Don't have everything? Call anyway. We'll tell you what's missing.
